Ambassadors are the loan officers, Realtors, and housing leaders who bring FirstHome IQ into their communities. Membership is by application: you get the tools the day you apply, and the mission gets a voice where it counts.

Everything an Ambassador uses to teach, all of it ready the day you apply.

A badge and a directory listing only mean something if there is a bar to clear, so we review every application before we put the nonprofit's name next to yours. We look at how you show up for homebuyers and why you want to teach them. If you are a loan officer or real estate agent, we also confirm your license is active and in good standing. If you are neither, you can still be an Ambassador; tell us how you serve homebuyers.
Applying does not slow you down. Checkout is part of the application, your access starts immediately, and most applicants hear back within 48 hours. Approval unlocks your Ambassador badge, your directory listing, and your announcement to your network. If we decide the program is not the right fit, we refund you in full.
Four ways to show up: educate and inform, engage and connect, promote and advocate, support and grow. You do not have to do everything. You just have to start somewhere.

$200 a month, cancel anytime. It covers the page, the curriculum, the kits and the community, and it is the same number whether you teach once a year or every week.
Some ambassadors give more than the seat costs, because the difference funds education for buyers who cannot pay for it. You can set that at checkout.

Ambassador memberships fund roughly 80% of FirstHome IQ's work. When you join, you are not buying a tool; you are funding free homebuyer education for the next person who needs it.

Your page, the full curriculum, every Impact Kit, and the community, all from the moment you apply. We review every application within 48 hours. Or book fifteen minutes and ask us anything first. No pressure either way.
